yes. i am shamelessly publicizing this. and i expect you all to do the same to everyone you know.

I finished the book!!!But i understand the story. lol!Such a wonderful book...if it had lesser profanities and coarse language it would have been better.Talks about life in a small county in Alabama, through the eyes of young Scout Finch. Let's see...there's the part about Boo Radley...(he saved them in the end)and the Tom Robinson rape accusation(full of racism), with the talk about Negros and coloured and white people's status in Maycomb. Atticus Finch is in my eyes, kind, caring, and handles things well.(except for the last part of the story). Then there is talk about the tendency of friction between siblings, and friendship.AND it covers human ethics and behaviour, from forgiveness and experience to love and hatred and kindness and cruelty all narrated though innocent eyes. To sum it up(about time), it is a really touching book, and the end part could be considered as thrilling.Bob Ewell killed himself and JEREMY had a broken elbow.Only when i read finish the book, then I realized what the title meant. P:S :This summary is for pple who do not like to read or do not understand. That's the end of my incredulously long post. LOL! :)

it's really not so bad at all. put yourselves in the place of the blacks while reading, rather than just skimming through the book passively. you'll be enraged going through it:)
